Supplies:
Paper Plates
Yarn
Hole Puncher
Feathers, Beads, Etc
Scissors
Cut out the center of the paper plate
Punch out 8 holes around the “ring” you just cut out
Knot the yarn through each hole.
Tie a knot in the center
Tie knots of yarn to the bottoms and sides.
Add feathers, beads, etc.
